I'm Alonti, the founder and friendly face behind Brooks Office Services, your go-to Business Operations Manager and Virtual Executive Assistant.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have years of hands-on experience in customer service, admin support, and accounts receivable. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to public schools and even the great State of Washington. 🙌🏾In 2022, I made the bold (and slightly scary!) decision to leave the traditional 9 to 5 life behind and step into entrepreneurship full-time. I wanted more flexibility, more joy, and to be honest, more time for real work-life balance. It’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.Now, I get to support amazing business owners like you by helping them clear the clutter, get organized, and focus on what really matters: Growing their business! A: Hours are designed to be used each month, so I can consistently prioritize your work. You’ll receive a fresh set of hours every billing cycle.Q: How do you protect my information?
A: I take client privacy seriously. I use secure tools for password sharing, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for peace of mind.Q: When are you available?
